At Kelechi's Baby Boutique we value our customers. Our store is owner operated so you can be assured your questions and order will receive my personal attention. I will respond to each inquiry within 2 business days, most within 24 hours.

Sales Tax
Tax will be charged on orders shipping to the state of IL at 6.75%
Order Processing & Shipping
In general, orders are processed within 2 days and customers should allow an additional 3-5 business days for delivery.
If you need your order expedited, or are interested in a particular item that it out of stock please contact us.
International Orders
Buyer is responsible for any import duties or excise taxes that may be charged on their end. International buyers should contact me before ordering
Returns and Exchanges
At this point we will accept returns on items where we have made an error. Returns will be refunded at the purchase price minus shipping charges.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item in order to obtain a return authorization number or to establish a product exchange.
We understand that online ordering is not an exact science. Therefore, we will accept exchanges on products. The second product must be of equal or lesser value than the original and additional shipping costs will be applied. We will provide you with a store credit for any difference. You may opt for a store credit in lieu of a product exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

What is drop Shipping?
Drop shipping is a product delivery method in which the seller (retailer) accepts payment for an order, but the customer receives the product(s) directly from the manufacturer.
Why does Kelechi’s Baby Boutique use drop shipping?
Simply put, it allows us to keep overhead low and pass the savings on to you, our client. You will receive the same high quality products at a price that you cannot beat.
Which product lines are currently being drop shipped?
While many products are kept in inventory the following lines are being drop shipped:
Dittany Baby (most items), Urban Pouch, & Objets d’ envy, Pretty Momma Slings, Just Ducky Baby
